Abbreviations used today in my MFIN class

Remember how I said Indians love abbreviations?

All used in today's lecture, in my MFIN (microfinance) class:

SBI = state owned bank
NBI = non-bank institution
SHG = self-help groups
GL = group lending
MF = microfinance
NABARD = I didn't even catch what this one was supposed to be, some bank in India
ROSCA = rotating savings and credit association
AS = adverse selection
MH = moral hazard

A quick search pulled this up for NABARD -- National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. Could that be right?
