Vinh is here (err, he was here)

months back when we were telling people of our trip to india our friend vinh said he would consider coming out. well, two weeks ago he made good on his promise and came to visit us. we only went one place outside of hyderabad, kerala, but he did get to celebrate holi with us.

we were able to put him up here in our apt. it was only a mattress on the ground in the living room, but seeing as it only cost us $1/day, that's not to shabby. the first three days were here in hyderabad. we didn't get out to many restaurants, but i did take him around the city which is always an adventure in itself. although, i did take him to hotel shadab on the last day. this is the restaurant that is famous for it's biryani, which is a speciality of hyderabad.

all in all i think he had a good time, but will definitely have to come back b/c there is so much more to see.
