Dunking

I've learned that a tradition among ISB students is to get "dunked" on your birthday. Like at Berkeley, the students take their core classes with the same 30-40 students until electives, so they really get to know each other. Your core class cohort is the group that hunts you down on your birthday and then "dunks" (it's actually more like throws) you in the on-campus swimming pool.
