Our big acting break!

so, yesterday we took a tour of the city with a bunch of other ISB students. we went to the birla mandir temple, golconda fort, and hussain lake. the temple was an impressive piece of architecture. it's all marble with wonderful carvings in it. the fort was pretty fun, but we rushed through it too fast, we'll go back again.

as for the lake....we were dropped off at a mini food complex, something like what you would see at a boardwalk in santa cruz. we decided to leave that area and walk around the lake. after a few hundred yards we came upon this sign:

that was refreshing to see knowing that we had been breathing in the air for about an hour already.

as we were making our back to the food stands we passed some indian kids who appeared to be practing dance moves. we continued on and when we were about 50 feet past them a couple of them came running up to us asking if we would be background extras in their movie. we agreed, but since we appeared very willing the next thing we knew they were asking us to act and dance in the movie. so, we went from walking by in the background to dancing with these guys. it was a fun time and reminded me of the days with adam making our shorts.

here is the photo with our production crew:
